Direct debit

You can sign up for direct debit through MyAccount. You can choose to:

Pay your bill in full when it's due

This is a great way to always pay your bill by the due date, every time.

The amount owing for the billing period will be deducted from your nominated bank account, credit or debit card on the due date.

Pay smaller amounts often

Choose how much you pay and how frequently - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We'll deduct it from your nominated bank account, credit or debit card.

You will receive a bill from us as you usually do, for any remaining amount owing.

Not sure of your bill amount or due date?

If you can't find your bill, you can get a copy online through MyAccount.

If you'd prefer to speak with someone, call us between 8 am and 5 pm weekdays and we can help.
